After 10+ years of phenomenal growth with primarily large Fortune 500 companies, our parent company, Off Duty Services(ODS) realized that there was a missed opportunity for providing security services at the local level. In 2012, ODS decided to structure a new business model that offers a franchise opportunity using the same proven business methodology they’ve found success with over the years, but with a focus on market penetration at the local level throughout America. Thus, AmeriCop was born.
National Accounts Program
As an AmeriCop franchisee you will be eligible to participate in our National Accounts’ Program. Currently, the parent company ODS has a tremendous portfolio of national accounts throughout the US. As the national accounts business continues to grow, there will be opportunities for the AmeriCop franchisee to provide services for them. The benefit of the National Account Program to the franchisee is that the corporate office will be investing sales efforts at a national level that may drive new business to them.
Back Office Support
Franchisees will be provided with comprehensive back office support. This includes all payroll functions, customer invoicing, and a 24/7 call center. In addition, we offer ongoing sales support, local marketing collateral and advertising material for our franchisees as well. All of this support frees you up so you can manage your business more effectively.
Training & Support
Each franchisee will receive 40 hours of training at our corporate facility that will cover a range of topics such as, operations, sales and marketing, back office administration and financial reporting, etc. that franchisees will need to know in order to be successful. The training sessions are highly interactive and will be led by the company’s key executives. In addition, there will be ongoing support at the franchisee location once the franchisee returns home.
